Math Olympiads (grades 4-6)

Join our MOEMS team! There are five Olympiad Contests held monthly from November through March. Each contest is 30 minutes long, consisting of 5 questions. Contests will be held at MathematiCUSE in Cazenovia.

This class is a chance to practice problem solving and to get ready for the contests. MathematiCUSE is offering a monthly membership. For the monthly fee, students can attend up to 6 Math Olympiad practice sessions.

Registration fee: $25 per student

Monthly fee: $150

GOALS OF THE CONTESTS:

To stimulate enthusiasm and a love for mathematics
To introduce mathematical concepts
To teach strategies for problem solving
To develop mathematical flexibility
To strengthen mathematical intuition
